Step 1: Your Vision
Every custom project begins with an idea. Whether you have a detailed design or are simply exploring possibilities, we encourage you to gather inspiration from our Portfolio, Furniture Collection, Pinterest, or your own reference photos.
Consider the approximate dimensions, preferred wood species, and budget for your project. Don't worry if you haven't figured out every detail — our team can help guide you through the options.
Step 2: Let's Talk
Once you've gathered your ideas, share your project details with our team. We'll review your inspiration photos, dimensions, material preferences, and budget to better understand what you're looking to create.
For projects requiring a more detailed discussion, we can arrange a consultation at our Vancouver workshop or virtually. This is an opportunity to explore wood samples, discuss design possibilities, and learn more about our craftsmanship.

Step 3: Estimate
Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we'll prepare an estimate based on your design, dimensions, preferred materials, and any special requirements.
Each estimate reflects the materials, craftsmanship, and complexity involved in creating your custom furniture.
Once you've reviewed and approved your estimate, we'll guide you through the next steps to place your order.
Step 4: Place Order
Once you've reviewed and approved your estimate, we'll provide an invoice and payment instructions to confirm your order. A retainer is required to secure your place on our production wait-list.
As your project approaches production, we'll contact you with an update. If a shop drawing is required, we'll provide a hand-drafted drawing for your review and approval before work begins.
Once all details and necessary approvals are confirmed, your furniture will be scheduled for production at our Vancouver workshop.
Step 5: Handcrafted
Once your project enters production, our craftsmen begin bringing your furniture to life in our Vancouver workshop. From selecting the wood to assembly and finishing, each piece is carefully handcrafted to your specifications.
When your furniture is complete, we'll contact you to arrange pickup, local delivery, or shipping across Canada. Any remaining balance is due before your furniture leaves our workshop.
