Shipping policy

We know you're excited to receive your handmade piece of furniture, and we’re just as excited to deliver it!

Our team takes great care in packing each item to ensure it arrives safely. However, occasionally accidents can happen during shipping.

To help us quickly resolve any issues and make a claim with the carrier if needed, please follow these steps when your package arrives:

  1. Inspect the box immediately upon delivery – Check for any visible damage to the packaging before signing for it.

  2. Take photos – If you notice any damage to the box or item, take clear photos from multiple angles. Be sure to include:

    • The entire box

    • Any damaged areas

    • The shipping label

  3. Open and inspect the item right away – Even if the box looks fine, please check your furniture for any hidden damage.

  4. Keep all packaging materials – Do not discard the box or packing materials until we’ve resolved the issue.

  5. Contact us within 48 hours – Send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and your photos.

Following these steps helps us handle any claims efficiently and ensures you get the support you need as quickly as possible.
